Taylor County reports 53 confirmed cases of COVID-19 during the last 4 days – bringing the total count to 612

County totals now at 138 Active, 461 Recovered, & 13 Deaths

 (January 8, 2021 - GRAFTON, WV), Doctor David Bender, County Health Officer today announced that during the last 4 days, the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department has confirmed Taylor County’s 560th thru 612th new positive cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) involving Taylor County residents. Patients are adults and minors. Epidemiological investigation to include contact tracing is currently underway. This brings Taylor County to a total of 138 active Covid-19 cases.
We remind everyone that we are conducting FREE daily community testing at our mobile drive-thru site on US Rt 119 in the parking lot of the First Baptist Church of Grafton
(DO NOT CALL THE CHURCH FOR ANY TESTING INFO. Questions should be directed to us at 304-265-1288) –Monday thru Friday, noon to 2pm.
