Lewis in court for death of child

GRAFTON – The Taylor County Court was in session yesterday with the honorable Judge Alan D. Moats presiding. The first to appear before the court was Marcus Curtis Lewis.

...When asked by the court his opinion on bond, Taylor County Prosecuting Attorney John Bord responded, “The state resists any motion for bond. He is a violent person with a violent nature.”

...Hendershot’s attorney, Roger Curry, explained that although Hendershot could not get in the 28 day treatment program as initially attempted, that he did get in a 90 day program in Belington. “He has had no opportunity to get opiates,” explained Curry.
