Judge Moats compliments community corrections for work on courtroom

GRAFTON - Alternative sentencing has many layers of benefit, and Taylor County Circuit Court Judge Alan D. Moats understands that better than most.

...Moats expalined that it had been over 30 years since anything had been done to the courtroom, and that the work these men had done was certainly to be commended.

...James Woodrow Leonard was called before the Taylor County Court last week on charges of Breaking and entering and petit larceny. After being informed by Judge Moats that he could serve one-to-ten, Leonard pled not guilty.
