Ellaoween (Peggy) Reed Westfall Taylor, formerly of Grafton, passed away peacefully at Broadview Multi-care Center in Parma, Ohio, Monday, June 24, 2013.
She was born in Flemington, West Virginia. April 6, 1923, to the late Mona McCauley Reed Hunt and Lonnie Reed.
She is survived by three daughters; Nancy Westfall Howell of Cleveland, Ohio; Sue Westfall Neubauer and husband Bill of Thornton, Linda Taylor Murray Hogue and husband Bill of Glenmont, Ohio, one son, James Taylor and wife Debbie of Parma, Ohio, and her only surviving brother, Percy (Jack) Reed and wife Virginia of Ellerslie, Georgia.
Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 23 great-great grandchildren, aunt, great aunt and great-great aunt to many nieces and nephews and one sister-in-law Betty Taylor of Grafton.
She was preceded in death by her husband Warren G. Taylor in 1998, two sisters Betty Jewell and June Preston, one brother Bobby Hunt, one great granddaughter Amber West and one great-great grandson Donald Murray.
Peggy was very active in her church and the Boy Scouts, and she was loved by all who met her and she never met a stranger.
