A better job and future at no cost

GRAFTON- Taylor County residents have been given an opportunity to further their education, improve job skills and obtain a better lifestyle, all for free. The sad truth is many have no idea that this service is available.

Skills Enhancement Coordinator Chris Singer has been reaching out to individuals who would like the freedom to invest in their education, not only for themselves, but for their families, as well.

There are twenty two computers available in the center for those who are interested in utilizing them to learn how to effectively and efficiently use the internet to apply for local, state, and federal jobs, how to write and create resumes and cover letters, how to be prepared for an interview, learn computer skills and internet skills, learn and apply computer programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as, improve money management skills including budgeting, loans and credit and banking knowledge.
