GHS track & field made its season debut

Since I recently featured the complete results for all of the Taylor County Middle School athletes from their season-opening track & field meet, I now feel obligated to do the same for all of the Grafton High School Lady Bearcats and Bearcats.

Coach Eva Robinson and coach Wes Norris took their Lady Bearcats and Bearcats, respectively, to Wayne Jamison Field in Bridgeport Tuesday for a small meet featuring athletes from eight different schools...

Nathan Bernarde led Grafton’s efforts by winning the 110-meter high-hurdles with a time of 15.15 seconds, before running way out in front of a ‘slow heat’ of the 300-meter intermediate hurdles in a time of 40.63 seconds to eventually wind up winning that race, too.
