Debra Ann “Debbie” Vincent, Age 57, of Route 1 Flemington, WV, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013 at her home.
She was born on April 15, 1955 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Delbert Dale and Dorothy June Shaffer Norman.
Debbie is survived by one daughter Misty Bailey and boyfriend Kenneth Jenkins of Bridgeport; two step-daughters Dawn Vincent and companion John Drain of Stonewood, and Rhonda Vincent of Flemington; one step-son Matthew Vincent and wife Anna of Clarksburg; one brother Delbert Dale “Sam” Norman Jr. of Anaheim, CA; three sisters: Kitty Shugars and husband Gary of Meadland, Donna Davison and husband Bob of Springfield, MO, and Cindy Smith and husband Pete of New Milton; brother-in-law Larry Vincent and wife Debby of Flemington; and five grandchildren: Jasmine Dawn Bailey, John Allen Drain, Lindsey Vincent, Travis Drain, and Sophia Vincent. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and her dog Sophie.
In addition to her parents Debbie was preceded in death by her husband Bradley Joe Vincent, son William Anthony Freshior, infant brother Douglas Dale Norman, and sister Susan Sinclair.
Debbie had worked for the Taylor County School Board as a cook and in maintenance. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Debbie also enjoyed woodworking, crafts, and horses.
The Family will receive friends at the Bradley J. Mayle Funeral Home in Flemington, WV on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 2 to 8 P.M.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 12 Noon at the funeral home with Hospice Chaplain Jerome Lewis officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown. The Bradley J. Mayle Funeral Home is honored to serve the Vincent Family during this time.
