Bridgeport trims Grafton, 7-6, in a softball season opener

BRIDGEPORT -- This was your typical season-opening game...Mistakes were made, both physically and mentally...And, the cool temperature, along with some strong wind gusts, certainly did not help either team.

Both teams were credited with six physical errors on the afternoon. However, in the end, the home-standing Bridgeport Lady Indians came from behind to trim the Grafton Lady Bearcats, 7-6, during a season-opening Big Ten Conference softball contest for both teams.
