Bearcats trim Mountaineers in overtime, 61-60

GRAFTON -- Freshman Chris Smith made a pair of free throws with two seconds left on the clock to give the home team a 61-60 over-time victory in Tuesday’s Big Ten Conference boys’ basketball game between the home-standing Grafton Bearcats and the visiting Liberty Mountaineers here in the Scotty Hamilton Gym.

Combining this win with last Saturday’s trip to Petersburg, the Bearcats have now won back-to-back games, lifting their record up to 4-10 overall, as well as, 1-9 in conference play.
