MaryAnn Kelly, 58, of Grafton passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

She was born in Oakland, CA on July 30, 1954, a daughter of the late Elbert and Birdie (Hayes) Wells.

MaryAnn was a retired pediatric nurse and previously worked at the Cheat Lake Physician’s Office in Morgantown where she was the nurse manager.  She was a loving homemaker, who made her family what a family should be.  She enjoyed cooking, especially gourmet, NASCAR racing and scuba diving in Aruba.

She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Michael John Kelly of Grafton; one son, Michael Kelly Jr. and his wife Jessica of Grafton; three daughters, Julie Ann Kelly of Pittsburgh, PA, Marcie Ann Woolery and her husband David of Land O Lakes, FL and Tina Swaniger and her husband Rustin of Core, WV; and 11 grandchildren, William Kelly, Isabella Kelly, Chloe Woolery, Gabriella Kelly, Breanna Swaniger, Chase Kelly, Natalie Woolery, Taylor Swaniger, Jonathon Woolery, Mikhayla Kelly and Jonah Woolery.

Also surviving is a brother, Elbert Wells Jr. of Brussells.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Wells.

Family and friends may call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St. Fairmont on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m.

In keeping with the wishes of the deceased, her body will be cremated following her visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Augustine Church in Grafton, WV.
