Clifford Blair Mullan

Clifford Blair Mullan, 64, of Shenandoah, VA passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Mullan was born October 1, 1947 in Barbour County, WV and was the son of the late Blair and Dorothy Anna Belle Boggess Mullan. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Mullan, and a sister, Donnie Helmick.

Mr. Mullan was a United States Army Veteran. During his service in Vietnam he received the Purple Heart and Silver Star. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing.

Survivors include his children, David Mullan and wife, Candy of WV, Jeremiah D. Shaffer and wife, Krystal of Elkton, VA and Pricilla Annabelle Blair Mullan of Elkton, VA; brothers, Warren Lee, Roy, and Randy Mullan; sisters, Shelia Tennant, Barbara LaMach, Joyce Clark, Jessie Jenkins, Leslie Moats and Monica McNamer; and eight grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton, on Wednesday evening, September 12, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

Burial will be private.
