Beulah May (Austin) McCue, age 77 of Rt. 1, (Parkview Community) Grafton, West Virginia passed away Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Grafton City Hospital.
She was born June 16, 1933 in Grafton, a daughter of the late Richard Lawrence Austin and Mary Estelle (Roy) Austin Lowe.
She is survived by two children, Robert Brent McCue II and wife, Marina, of Grafton, and Pamela Renea Harlos and husband, Harry, of San Antonio, Texas; one grandson, Nathan Levi Alexander Harlos also of San Antonio; two brothers, Richard “Bub” Austin and Homer “Butch” Austin and wife, Linda, both of Grafton; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Brent “Bob” McCue, one sister, Loretta Jean Sandsberry, and her step-father, Pat Lowe.
Mrs. McCue retired from the Rosewood Health Care Center in Grafton with over 20 years of service as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a member of the VFW Memorial City Post 3081 Ladies’ Auxiliary and the B&O Ladies’ Auxiliary,
She was Protestant by faith.
The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Tina Cartwright officiating. Interment will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
