Teresa E. McKeen, 89 of Grafton passed away at her residence Monday, November 2, 2009.

Teresa was born November 18, 1919 in Grafton, WV, daughter of the late Nicholas E. Idoni Sr. and Mary F. Folio Idoni.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grafton. She was a Dental assistant working for Dr. Charles Bennett, Jr. for several years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Blain McKeen on September 17, 1970; one son-in-law, William Shaw, Jr.

Teresa is survived by three daughters; Mary Elizabeth Gabbert and husband Terry of Grafton, Carol Kay Watkins and husband George of Grafton and Sharon Jean Shaw of Jacksonville, Florida; seven grandchildren, Terry Lee Gabbert and wife Karla, Charleston, SC, Angela M. Moore and husband Robert, Grafton, William E. Watkins and wife Barb, Grafton, Steven M. Watkins, Grafton, David B. Gabbert and wife Kristie, Grafton, Michael S. Watkins, Columbus, OH, Teresa D. Rose and husband Jeff of Orlando, FL; eight great grandchildren, Terry Lee, Michael, Alex, Siera, Blain, Chassie, Blake, Evan.

Family and Friends may call at the First Baptist Church, Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Orville Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Woodsdale Memorial Park.

In Lieu of flowers, make donations in her memory to Alzheimer’s Association, West Virginia Chapter 1111 Lee Street, East Charleston, WV 25301.
